benediction by Dr. Edmund Jones adapted from words by philosopher and writer Henri Frederic Amiel, 1821-1887.
The cross is central to this piece and the circular wording Be Swift To Love is the central message. The circular arrangement of the lettering in this piece is representative of a ring, a circle, the everlasting love with no beginning and no end.
Tess made this piece to hang alongside Come, Our Lord Invites You in a church near Southampton. They look very attractive on either side of the church porch window where they hang - but it looks equally beautiful in its own right.
Small: 330mm × 200mm – £175
Medium: 420mm × 260mm – £235
Large: 630mm × 410mm – £350
